By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. PRODUCTS, LIMITED RUNS, & CRAFTSMANSHIP VARIATIONS

• Artisan Characteristics: Our tabletop game sets, dominoes, and cases are individually hand-poured and finished. You acknowledge that minor variations in color swirls, metallic powder suspension, and structural transparency are inherent to handmade polymer casting and do not constitute product defects.
• Limited Inventory: We operate on a pre-made, limited-run production model. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Vintage Hardware: Our refurbished electronic systems utilize authentic original components. We restore items to factory operational standards, but due to the historical age of vintage motherboards, minor cosmetic scuffs on original housings may be present.

3. ANTI-FRAUD WARRANTY & COMPLIANCE BOUNDARIES
To protect the integrity of our inventory, specific products (including refurbished hardware and premium cases) are fitted with a unique, serialized, tamper-evident holographic security seal.

• Warranty Voidance: Any attempt to peel, alter, cut, puncture, or swap these security seals instantly and permanently voids all storefront warranties, repair protections, and return eligibility.
• Returns: We accept returns on pristine, unplayed items within fourteen (14) days of delivery. The item must be returned securely packed inside its original corrugated mailer and protective foam inserts. If an item is returned with a compromised or missing security seal, no refund will be issued, and the item will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.

4. THERMAL LIABILITY & CARE DISCLAIMER
Our artisan resin goods are engineered using premium, certified non-toxic materials. However, all resins possess a specific chemical transition threshold. Phoenix Gaming LLC holds zero liability for product warping, softening, distortion, or damage caused by a customer exposing resin components to direct outdoor sunlight, enclosed vehicles, or high-heat environments. It is the customer’s strict responsibility to follow the care instructions provided on our official website and included physical care inserts.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
